全程优质护理对产妇顺产率和产后出血率的影响价值分析

Value Analysis of the Effect of Whole Course Quality Nursing on the Rate of Spontaneous Delivery and Postpartum Hemorrhage of Parturients

目的对全程优质护理对产妇顺产率和产后出血率的临床效果进行调研和分析。方法选择我院妇产科接受分娩的310例患者作为调研对象,以随机法分为对照组(155例)和观察组(155例)。其中,对照组产妇接受常规护理方式;观察组产妇在对照组的基础上采用全程优质护理干预。观察并对比两组产妇的分娩情况以及护理满意度。结果观察组产妇自然分娩率明显高于对照组,剖宫产率和产后出血率明显低于对照组;观察组产妇的护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在孕妇分娩的过程中,采用全程优质护理干预可有效降低产后大出血的概率,提高产妇自然分娩率,降低剖宫产率,提高产妇的护理满意度,值得在临床治疗中推广。

Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical effect of quality nursing on the rate of spontaneous delivery and postpartum hemorrhage.Methods Three hundred and ten cases of Obstetrics and Gynecology delivery in our hospital were selected as research objects,and randomly divided into control group(155 cases)and observation group(155 cases).Among them,the control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group adopted the whole course of quality nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.Observe and compare the delivery situation and nursing satisfaction of the two groups.Results The natural delivery rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the cesarean section rate and postpartum hemorrhage rate were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of pregnant women’s delivery,the whole course of quality nursing intervention can effectively reduce the probability of postpartum hemorrhage,improve the natural delivery rate,reduce the rate of cesarean section,and improve the nursing satisfaction of pregnant women.It is worth promoting in clinical treatment.
