探讨头皮针联合重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)治疗脑卒中后认知功能障碍的临床价值

To Explore the Clinical Value of Scalp Acupuncture combined with Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation(rTMS) in the Treatment of Post-stroke Cognitive Dysfunction

目的研究针对脑卒中后认知功能障碍实施头皮针+rTMS治疗的临床效果。方法资料为2018年1月至2019年6月本院收治的150例脑卒中后认知功能障碍患者,将其机分成两组,常规组75例患者实施rTMS治疗,研究组75例患者实施头皮针+rTMS治疗,观察两组患者的临床价值。结果两组患者在接收治疗前的认知功能障碍比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);接受治疗后研究组患者的认知功能、执行力、语言能力以及日常生活能力均显著优于常规组,组间差异明显(P<0.05)。结论头皮针+rTMS可以改善脑卒中后认知功能障碍患者的脑卒中后认知功能。

Objective To study the clinical effect of scalp acupuncture plus RTMS on cognitive dysfunction after stroke. Methods Data were collected from 150 patients with post-stroke cognitive dysfunction admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019. The patients were divided into two groups. 75 patients in the conventional group were treated with rTMS, and 75 patients in the research group were treated with scalp acupuncture+rTMS. The clinical value of the two groups was observed. Results There was no significant difference in cognitive dysfunction between the two groups before receiving treatment(P>0.05). After treatment, the cognitive function, executive ability, language ability and daily living ability of the patients in the study group are significantly better than those in the conventional group, with significant differences between the groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Scalp acupuncture plus RTMS can improve the post-stroke cognitive function of patients with post-stroke cognitive dysfunction.
