研究补阳还五汤联合针灸在气虚血瘀型中风恢复期的治疗效果

Study on the Therapeutic Effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with Acupuncture and Moxibustion in the Convalescent Stage of Apoplexy with Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis

目的探究气虚血瘀型中风恢复期患者治疗中补阳还五汤联合针灸的治疗效果。方法共计抽取50例气虚血瘀型中风恢复期患者作为研究对象,所有患者均来自我院2018年12月至2019年12月所收治,将其按照简单随机法分为对照组和研究组,对照组使用常规医疗治疗,研究组使用补阳还五汤联合针灸治疗,分组对比治疗效果,FIM功能独立性评定量表、生活质量(SF-36)评分以及手术前后血清指标水平。结果研究组患者治疗痊愈及好转率高于对照组,FIM、SF-36评分高于对照组,手术后血清指标中TC、TG以及LDL-C均低于对照组,HDL-C高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论气虚血瘀型中风患者恢复期使用补阳还五汤联合针灸治疗能够有效改善患者临床症状,促进患者生活自理能力以及生活功能的恢复,改善患者血清指标异常情况,促进患者疾病的康复,具有较高的推广和应用价值。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of apoplexy with qi deficiency and blood stasis.Methods A total of 50 patients with apoplexy of qi deficiency and blood stasis type were selected as the subjects of the study.All the patients were treated in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019.They were divided into control group and study group according to simple random method.The control group was treated with routine medical treatment,the study group was treated with Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion,the treatment effect was compared in groups,and the functional independence scale of FIM was evaluated.Quality of life(SF-36)score and serum index level before and after operation.Results The recovery and improvement rate of the patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the FIM,SF-36 score was higher than that in the control group.TC,TG and LDL-C in serum after operation were lower than those in the control group,and HDL-C was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,promote the recovery of living self-care ability and life function,improve the abnormal situation of serum indexes and promote the rehabilitation of patients with apoplexy with qi deficiency and blood stasis.It has high popularization and application value.
