居家隔离居民心理健康状况调查

Investigation of psychological status in residents during the self-isolation of coronavirus disease 2019

目的了解新型冠状病毒肺炎期间居家隔离居民的心理健康状况。方法 2020年1月27日—2月10日,选取河南省698名居民为调查对象。采用症状自评量表进行线上调查。分析症状自评量表各因子得分及其总均分与非典型肺炎流行期间居民心理调查结果的差异。结果躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、精神病性得分低于非典型肺炎流行期间居民心理调查结果,恐怖得分高于非典型肺炎流行期间居民心理调查结果(P<0.05)。结论此次疫情自行隔离期间,隔离居民出现心理问题的概率低于非典型肺炎流行期间,说明虽然居民在疫情期间仍会出现心理问题,但在面对突发公共卫生事件时的心理承受能力有所提高。

Objective To investigate the psychological status of residents during the self-isolation of novel coronavirus disease 2019. Methods From January 27 to February 10 2020 698 residents in Henan Province were selected as the subjects of investigation. An online survey was conducted using the Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90).To analyze the differences between the scores of the SCL-90 factors and the total average scores in this study with the results of the residents psychological survey during the outbreak of severe acute respiratory syndrome(SARS).Results The scores of somatization,obsessive-compulsive,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,and psychotic symptoms were lower than those during the SARS outbreak,and the scores of terror were higher than those during the SARS outbreak(P<0.05). Conclusion During the self-isolation period of the epidemic,the probability of psychological problems of the isolated residents was lower than that during the SARS epidemic,which indicated that although the residents still had psychological problems during the epidemic period,their psychological endurance in the face of public health emergencies had improved.
