新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间眼科急诊患者就诊的心理状况调查

Survey on psychological status of ophthalmic emergency patients during the coronavirus disease 2019

目的探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间眼科急诊患者就诊的心理状况并分析相关影响因素,旨在为该类患者提供有针对性的心理应对策略。方法于2020年2月3日—24日对我院眼科就诊的22例急诊患者采用症状自评量表进行测评。结果急诊患者症状自评量表得分为97~146(128.64±13.27)分,其中15例(68.18%)出现了一定程度的心理问题,性别和年龄是影响其心理状况的因素。结论在新型冠状病毒肺炎期间眼科急诊患者存在一定程度的心理问题,医护人员应重视患者的心理疏导和人文关怀,根据患者的心理特点,制订应对策略,加强宣教,以减轻患者的心理压力。

Objective We aimed to explore the psychological status and analyze the related factors of oph-thalmic emergency patients during the coronavirus disease 2019,providing psychological strategies for emergency patients. Methods The Symptom Self-Assessment Scale(SCL-90) were applied to twenty-two emergency patients who visited the Ophthalmology Department from February 3 to 24,2020,to analyze the current psychological situation and provide psychological strategies. Results The score of symptom Checklist-90 was 97~146(128.64±13.27),among which 15(68.18%) had some degree of psychological problems,and gender and age were the factors affecting their psychological status. Conclusion There is psychological stress disorder in ophthalmic emergency patients during the coronavirus disease 2019. Medical staffs should pay attention to the psychological counseling and humanistic care for patients. Formulating strategies and strengthening education according to the patients’ psychological characteristics are needed,reduce the psychological pressure.
