西部地区新型冠状病毒肺炎定点收治医院的护理实践

The nursing practice of coronavirus disease 2019 in designated hospital in Western China

目的通过总结新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控中的护理实践,为突发呼吸道传染病的防控工作提供参考。方法对我院2020年1月22日—3月3日,发热门诊接诊2 173例发热患者,病房收治210例,留观患者71例,确诊患者5例进行护理实践,通过理论学习、对病区及发热门诊的分区和进出路线进行重新划分、成立医院疫情防控监测微信群、人力资源的调整与配置、按岗位需求实施防控知识、技能培训及考核等一系列措施进行严密防控。结果参与疫情防控工作的95名护士中,感染性疾病科护士32名,外援科室护士63名。副主任护士8名,主管护士15名,护师20名,护士23名,年龄26~59岁,参与防护培训95次,参与419人次,合格率100%。实现了医务人员零感染及住院患者的零感染。结论以上护理实践内容具有实用性和临床指导意义。

Objective Summarizing the nursing practice of prevention and control of the coronavirus disease2019,to provide the theoretical reference for the prevention and control work of similar infectious disease. Methods A nursing practice study on 2 173 patients with fever received by fever clinic,210 patients in the wards,71 patients under observation,and 5 confirmed cases from January 22 nd to March 3 rd,2020 in our hospital. The nursing practice research was conducted through theoretical studies,re-dividing the area of wards and fever clinic,re-designing the gateways,establishing the We Chat group-chat for epidemic prevention and monitoring,adjusting and configuring human resources,and implementing a series strict controlof presenting the prevention knowledge based on specific requirements,skills training,and assessment. Results Among the 95 nurses who participated in the epidemic prevention and control work,32 nurses were in the infectious disease department,and 63 nurses were external assistances. There were 8 co-chief superintendent nurses,15 head nurses,20 senior nurses,23 nurses,aged 26-59 years old,participating in protective training 95 times,419 person-times participated,and the qualification rate was 100%. The "Zero infection" of both medical staff and patients was achieved. Conclusion Above of all content of nursing practice had practical and clinical significance.
