新型冠状病毒肺炎定点收治医院院外发热门诊的快速构建

Rapid establishment of a fever clinic for outpatients of a designated hospital for coronavirus disease 2019

面对突发新型冠状病毒疫情,对征用的小型医院就其原有结构进行快速改造,建立标准的防护措施、工作流程,12 h内完成门诊及其工作流程构建,配置了放射科、检验科、药房等辅助科室,完善了抢救仪器设备、医务人员衣食住行生活物资和住宿等硬件设施。医院统筹,建立了以医院院长为负责人的领导小组、门诊一线人员、建立各项工作流程、应急预案、数据上报处理机制、与医院本部的门急诊合作机制等。最终形成了一个符合发热门诊分区和防护标准的院外发热门诊。院外发热门诊的建立保障了医院内部正常的医疗救治秩序,缓解医院内部患者分流和诊治压力,减少人员集中的安全风险,为患者和医护人员提供安全的就医和工作环境。

The sudden outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19) has brought problems to management of hospitals. A private hospital was run as a designated hospital for outpatients with fever. The construction of outpa-tient department and working process was completed in 12 hours,equipped with auxiliary departments such as radiology department,laboratory department,pharmacy,etc.,following improvement of the rescue equipment,medical staff’s clothing,food,and living supplies. As a whole,the hospital has established a leading group with the hospital President as the person in charge,outpatient front-line personnel,various working procedures,emergency plans,data reporting and processing mechanism,and outpatient and emergency cooperation mechanism with the hospital. Finally,an out-of-hospital fever clinic was formed,which was in accordance with the fever outpatient division and protection standards. The establishment of outpatient service for fever outside the hospital ensures the normal medical treatment order inside the hospital,and it relieves the pressure of patient diversion and treatment. Furthermore,it reduces the safety risk of personnel concentration,and provides a safe medical treatment and working environment for patients and medical staff.
