探讨医学观察期内患者标准化就诊流程,加强重点人群管理。就诊流程要点保留采用"多口入、单口出"模式;设置固定诊区;设计转运规范及流程;使用综合医院-社区卫生院无缝隙式交接。经过一系列的管理、管控措施,简化交接环节,患者平均就医时长缩短(2.1±1.2) h,患者未发生院内交叉感染,医护人员无感染。

Discuss the humanization process of patients during the medical observation period,and strengthen the management of key populations. Implement the "multiple entry,single exit" mode;set up separate patients for different visits;design transfer specifications and procedures;general hospital-community health center seamless handover mode. Through this series of management and control measures,we can simplify the transfer process the average duration of medical treatment for patients wasshortened by 2.1±1.2 hours. No cross-infection occurred in thehospital, and no infection occurred in medical staff.
