摘要 目的探索4R危机管理理论在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间门诊管理中的应用效果。方法以4R危机管理理论为依据,在疫情期间通过组建"新型冠状病毒肺炎"门诊管理小组,注重上岗防护、实施双向沟通和精准化门诊管理等措施,观察门诊的管理效果。结果有效的减少了患者和家属在门诊的等待时间,达到了疫情期间减少人员聚集的目的,保障了门诊有序开展。结论 4R危机管理方法有益于新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间的门诊管理,能促使医疗机构提升应急防控新型冠状病毒肺炎的能力。 Objective To explore the coronavirus disease 2019 management effect in 4 R crisis management theory. Methods Onthe basis of 4 R crisis management theory,after the establishment of the coronavirus disease2019 outpatient management team,paying attention to pre-job protection,carrying out two-way communication and precision outpatient service management. Finally,observing the management effect of outpatient service. Results The waiting time in outpatient service had been effectively reduced,the goal of reducing personnel gathered during epidemic period had been achieved. Conclusion 4 R crisis management methods are beneficial to outpatient management during coronavirus disease 2019 and can motivate medical institutions to improve their emergency prevention and control of coronavirus disease 2019.
