Nursing of 40 patients with severe coronavirus disease 2019

突发的新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情给护理人员带来新的挑战。回顾了湖北省某医院40例重症新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的临床资料和护理措施。重症患者的病情观察及护理要点包括:核酸样本取样方法与护理,发热护理,高流量鼻导管吸氧护理,雾化治疗护理,保持呼吸道通畅以及心理护理等。

The outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019 brought new challenges to the paramedics. The clinical data and nursing measures of 40 patients with severe coronavirus disease 2019 in a hospital in Hubei were retrospec-tively analyzed in this paper. The nursing points of these severe patients were introduced in details,including nucleic acid sampling and nursing,fever care,high flow nasal catheter oxygen inhalation nursing,atomization treatment nursing,nursing of keeping respiratory tract unobstructed,and psychological nursing,and so on.
