新型冠状病毒肺炎住院患者病耻感和焦虑的相关性研究

Study on the correlation between stigma and anxiety in hospitalized patients with coronavirus disease 2019

目的了解新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的病耻感与焦虑现况及相关性。方法对住院期间的50例新型冠状病毒肺炎患者,使用一般资料问卷、修订版社会影响因素问卷、焦虑自评量表进行调查。结果 50例研究对象住院期间的病耻感得分为(65.89±13.04)分,焦虑自评得分(46.65±6.64)分,患者病耻感与焦虑水平呈正相关(r=0.349,P<0.05)。结论新型冠状病毒肺炎患者住院期间的病耻感水平处于中上水平,发生频次较高,与焦虑水平呈正相关性。医护人员应对患者心理加以关注,引导患者正确看待此类疾病。

Objective To investigate the status of stigma and anxiety in hospitalized patients with coronavirus disease 2019,and to analyze the relevant factors. Methods 50 patients diagnosed with coronavirus disease 2019 during hospitalization were investigated by general information questionnaire,revised Social Impact Scale(SIS) and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),and Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the relationship between stigma and anxiety. Results The score of stigma and anxiety in 50 patients were 65.89 ±13.04 and 46.65 ±6.64 respectively. Pearson correlation analysis showed that stigma was positively correlated with anxiety(r =0.349,P <0.05).Conclusion The level of stigma in patients with coronavirus disease 2019 during hospitalization is above average,and the incidence frequency is high,which is positively correlated with the level of anxiety. The medical personnel should pay attention to patients’ psychology,give timely guidance,guide patients to treat such diseases correctly.
