新型冠状病毒疫情期间手术室感染控制策略的构建与应用

Construction and application of operating room infection control strategies in patients with suspected coronavirus disease 2019

目的构建疑似新型冠状病毒肺炎患者行急诊手术感染防控管理策略,并探讨其应用的效果。方法组建手术室应急小组,邀请15名专家进行2轮讨论后制订疑似新型冠状病毒肺炎患者手术室感染控制策略,包括急诊手术患者分诊流程、围手术期感染防控策略、感染防控培训3部分。结果空气、物体表面、清洁手、外科手、空调进风口、空调排风口、消毒液、转运平车等细菌监测结果均达到合格范围。手术团队人员相关知识知晓率,隔离防护措施实施的依从性及合格率均为100%;污染暴露次数及感染人数均为0人次,术后医疗废物处置合格率为100%。结论疑似新型冠状病毒肺炎患者手术室感染控制策略可切实保障急诊手术工作的顺利、保障手术室医务人员和患者的安全,为其他手术室处理疑似新型冠状病毒感染急诊手术的管理提供参考。

Objective To construct a coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)infection control strategy in operation room,and explore the effect of its application.Methods COVID-19 infection control strategy was established after15 experts were invited to conduct 2 rounds of discussions,including 3 parts of emergency operation patients triage process,perioperative infection control strategy,infection prevention and control training.Results Air,object surface,clean hands,surgical hands,air conditioner air inlet,air conditioner air outlet,disinfectant,transfer flat car and other bacterial monitoring results all reached the qualified range.The knowledge rate of the surgical team personnel,the compliance and compliance rate of the implementation of the isolation and protection measures were 100%;the number of pollution exposures and infections were 0,and the pass rate of medical waste disposal was 100%.Conclusion COVID-19 infection control strategy can effectively ensure the smooth operation of emergency surgery,protect the safety of medical staff and patients,and provide reference for other emergency management of suspected new coronavirus infection.
