摘要
总结三级甲等综合医院在新型冠状病毒肺炎救治中,护理部临时组建护理重症救治小组,支援感染科的应急管理策略。策略包括:明确组织架构和工作职责;强化重症思维及实战技能;优化管床模式,实施4 h排班;设立住院总护士,24 h参与抢救及转运等。感染科共收治新型冠状病毒肺炎确诊患者21例(其中危重型3例、重型9例、普通型9例)。重症救治小组前瞻性发现重型转危重型5例;经过救治1例危重型,9例重型,9例普通型治愈出院;无1例危重型/重型患者重返ICU、无1例患者发生院内交叉感染、无1名医护人员发生交叉感染。通过实施应急管理策略,对新型冠状病毒肺炎患者针对性救治,为早期甄别重型、危重型的患者,改善患者结局,提供科学有效的管理方法。
This article summarizes the management strategies of critical nursing team for coronavirus disease2019(COVID-19) in the tertiary hospital. The strategies include clarify job responsibilities,improve critical thinking and practical skills;optimize the care mode and implement 4 hour shift. We set up a special role as the resident nurse for rescuing and transfer. We enrolled 21 patients(including 3 critical patients,9 severe cases and 9 normal cases)in department of infectious disease between January 21,and February 21,2020. The nurses prospectively recognize 5 cases of severe transferred critical cases. After treatment,1 critical case,9 severe cases and 9 normal cases were recovered and discharged from hospital. None of the critically/severely ill cases returned to ICU,none of the patients and medical staff developed to hospital acquired infection. The implementation of these strategies provided optimized way to early recognition of disease and improves the outcomes for COVID-19 patients.
