新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情时期腹膜透析患者远程管理的策略

Remote management of peritoneal dialysis patients during the outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019

目的总结新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控期间腹膜透析患者远程管理的策略。方法实施腹膜透析患者远程管理策略,包括成立疫情防控工作组;每日钉钉上传工作报表;实行电话、网络交接班制度;制订腹膜透析患者分级远程管理的标准和流程,电话和网络随访双管齐下;优化配送药流程,做好医保备案,增加单次配药数量,放宽提前配药时间,开展配药快递到家服务,减少患者门诊就诊频率;发挥健康教育特色,重视日常紫外线消毒,规范戴口罩,勤洗手,合理营养,保证患者科学积极地预防新型冠状病毒肺炎。结果实现了腹膜透析患者治疗不中断、腹膜透析质量不下降、新型冠状病毒肺炎零感染的目标。结论新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控期间,腹膜透析患者远程管理是有效的,可持续开展的。

Objective We summarized the remote management strategies of peritoneal dialysis patients in our hospital during the period of preventing and controlling of coronavirus disease 2019. Methods The remote management strategies included the establishment of a working group on epidemic control;daily upload work report;telephone or network shift system;developing grading remote management standards and procedures of peritoneal dialysis patients,optimizing the process of drug distribution,increasing the number of single dispensing,relaxing the time of dispensing in advance,carrying out dispensing express service;reducing the follow-up frequency;giving full play to the characteristics of health education to ensure patients keeping scientific and active prevention of coronavirus disease 2019 including telling patients to pay attention to daily ultraviolet disinfection,the standard of wearing masks,the frequently of hands washing and reasonable nutrition. Results By implementing the strategies of remote management in peritoneal dialysis patients,the objectives of no interruption of peritoneal dialysis treatment,no decline in peritoneal dialysis quality and no infection of the coronavirus disease 2019 were achieved. Conclusion During the period of preventing and controling of the novel coronavirus pneumonia,the remote management of peritoneal dialysis patients was effective and sustainable.
