新型冠状病毒疫情期间急性脑卒中患者的应急管理

Emergency management and protective measures for patients with stroke during coronavirus disease 2019

结合脑卒中患者诊治的特殊性,遵循危重患者救治优先原则、溶栓优先原则、安全防护原则、定点转运原则,对疫情期间脑卒中患者从急诊就诊、常规手术、工作人员防护、确诊患者转院等4个方面制订了相应的应急预案。依据脑卒中类别、发病程度和发病时间窗的差异,选择不同的治疗策略,最大程度避免疫情的传染,减少疾病对患者的损伤。

In order to prevent the spread of virus,the provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions actively adopted various prevention measures. This special situation poses a new challenge on the treatment process of pa-tients with stroke. Stroke has acute onset,high disability and mortality,and a narrow optimal treatment time window.Therefore,it is important to quickly assess and diagnose the patients with stroke. In view of the particularity of diagnosis and treatment of patients with stroke,a corresponding plans from emergency department,routine surgery,staff protection,and transfer of confirmed patients were formulated following the principles of priority treatment for critically ill patients,priority of thrombolysis,safety protection and designated transport. According to the type of stroke,the disease progression degree and the difference in the time window,different treatment strategies are selected to avoid immune transmission and reduce the damage of disease to the patient.
