儿童医院发热门诊应对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的护理管理策略

Emergency management of nursing team with coronavirus disease 2019 in fever clinic of Children’s Hospital

2019年12月以来,我国陆续出现多例新型冠状病毒肺炎患者。作为华中地区最大的儿童综合性医院,我院被设为收治新型冠状病毒肺炎患儿的定点医院。发热门诊是发生交叉感染的高危区域。该文总结了发热门诊应对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的护理管理策略,包括发热门诊防控措施的整体部署以及发热门诊护理工作的具体内容,旨在有计划、有步骤的开展患儿救治工作,降低医护人员的感染风险。

Many coronavirus disease 2019 patients have been reported in China since December 2019. Coronavirus disease 2019 is a designated hospital in the central China. Fever clinic is a high risk area of cross infec-tion. This paper summarizes the coronavirus disease 2019 epidemic management strategies in fever clinic,including the overall deployment of the preventive and control measures in the fever clinic,and the specific contents of the nursing work in the fever clinic. The aim is to plan the children’s rescue work step by step and reduce the risk of infection among the medical staff.
