新型冠状病毒暴发期间居家器官移植受者情况的调查

Analysis of organ transplant recipients in the home during the outbreak of new coronavirus disease 2019

目的了解我国新型冠状病毒发生期间居家器官移植受者的情况。方法电话随访调查694例居家实体器官移植受者。结果本次电话随访的器官移植受者整体健康状况良好,无确诊新型冠状病毒肺炎的案例;65.95%的器官移植受者有近1个月来医院随访复诊的需求;微信、QQ等社交媒体是最常选择获取疫情信息的途径(78.10%);绝大部分的受者采取了针对疫情的额外应对(87.32%)。结论新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情严重影响居家器官移植受者的日常随访复诊,优化居家器官移植受者的随访流程、方式,构建居家应急管理策略十分必要。

Objective To investigate the current situation of organ transplant recipients in the home during the outbreak of new coronavirus disease 2019 in China.Methods 694 organ transplant recipients were followed up and guided by telephone.Results The organ transplant recipients who were followed up by telephone were in good overall health,and there were no confirmed cases of coronavirus disease 2019;65.95%of organ transplant recipients have the demand of hospital follow-up in the 1 month;We Chat,QQ and other social media were the most common ways(78.10%)to them to obtain the epidemic information.The vast majority of patients(87.32%)responded with an additional response to the outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019.Conclusion The outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019 seriously affects the follow-up of organ transplant recipients in the home,so it is necessary to optimize the follow-up procedures and methods of recipients and to construct the home emergency management strategy.
