摘要
目的探讨移动医疗应对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间乳腺癌患者的诊疗护理服务体验。方法采用目的抽样法,对17例乳腺癌患者进行半结构式访谈,通过Colaizzi七步分析法进行资料的编码、分类、提炼主题。结果新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间乳腺癌患者使用移动医疗服务体验可归纳为2个主题:优良体验(减少返院次数,缩短就诊时间,避免用药延迟,减少陪护人员);不足体验(有效宣传不足,习惯养成不足,技术开发不足,需求匹配不足)。结论移动医疗护理服务是应对突发公共卫生事件下提高患者诊疗安全的有效方式,并已取得良好的应对效果;但受传统就医行为习惯影响移动医疗仍需加大开发和推广力度。
Objective To explore the medical and nursing service experience ounder mobile health care in breast cancer patients during the outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19). Methods A semi-structured interviews was conducted with 17 breast cancer patients by purposive sampling method,method,then theColaizzi’s analysis method was applied to analyze,induce,and refine themes of interview data. Results Two themes regarding experience of using mobile health care in breast cancer patients during the outbreak of COVID-19 were extracted,including:good experience(reducing the time for returning to hospital,shorten the visit time,avoid medication delay,and reduce the accompanying staff);Insufficient experience(insufficient effective publicity,insufficient habit formation,insufficient technology development,and insufficient demand matching). Conclusion Mobile health care was an effective way to improve the safety of diagnosis and treatment of patients under public health emergencies,and had achieved good response effect. However,due to the influence of traditional medical behavior,mobile health care still needs to be developed and promoted.
