照护新型冠状病毒肺炎患者一线护士压力的现状调查

Analysis of the stress status and influencing factors of the coronavirus disease 2019 in the care of first line nurses

目的探讨照护新型冠状病毒肺炎一线护士的压力现状,并分析其影响因素,为护理管理者制订相应的管理措施提供依据。方法使用自制的新型冠状病毒隔离病区护士工作压力源量表对襄阳市照护新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的护士进行压力评定并分析其影响因素。结果照护新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的护士工作压力源得分为(74.49±4.42)分;回归分析显示,年龄是护士压力的主要影响因素。结论照护新型冠状病毒肺炎患者护士存在诸多的工作压力源,医院及护理管理者应给予足够的重视,包括制订相对应的整改措施,确保护士身心健康,推动护理工作可持续开展。

Objective To explore the current situation of nursing pressure of first-line nurses in patients with(COVID-19),and analyze the influencing factors,so as to provide basis for nursing managers to formulate corresponding measures. Methods Using the self-made COVID-19 work stress or scale for nurses in isolated ward,the stress of nursing workers who participated in the fight against the new coronavirus pneumonia in xiangyang was assessed and the influencing factors were analyzed. Results The score of working stressors of nurses with COVID-19 was 74.49 ±4.42,which was at a high level of stress.Regression analysis shows that,Age is the main factor influencing the nursing care of COVID-19. Conclusion There are many work stressors in nursing caregivers of COVID-19 which should be paid enough attention by hospital and nursing managers.Including the corresponding rectification measures,to ensure the phy sical and mental health of nursing workers,promote the sustainable development of nursing work.
