武汉市护士在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间心理状况调查

Investigation on anxiety of nurses against coronavirus disease 2019 in Wuhan

目的调查湖北省武汉市护士的焦虑状况和对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的看法。方法2020年2月采用一般资料调查表和汉密顿焦虑量表(Hamilton Anxiety Scale,HAMA)对2所三级甲等医院163名护士进行调查。结果护士焦虑总均分为(23.01±6.89)分,条目得分在前3位是"抑郁心境"、"失眠"、"紧张"。单因素分析结果和非参数检验显示现工作年限、职称、医院的防护物品是否充足、医院领导的关怀程度感知与护士焦虑症状相关(P<0.05)。通过对护士访谈,共提炼5个主题:对战胜疫情充满希望、对战胜疫情充满信心、加强医护人员防疫物资、关心医务人员和患者、做好自我保护。结论发现护士具有焦虑症状,医院管理者应加强对护士的人文关怀、提供足够的物资、保证护士足够的睡眠,做好自我防护,并得到社会的援助。

Objective To investigate the anxiety status of nurses in Wuhan City,Hubei Province and their views on the epidemic situation of coronavirus disease 2019.Methods In February 2020,a survey of 163 nurses in two tertiary hospitals was conducted using the General Information Questionnaire and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA).Results The total average score of nurse anxiety was 23.01±6.89.The top three items were"depressive mood","insomnia"and"stress".The results of univariate analysis and Non-parametric test showed that the current years of work,professional titles,adequacy of protective items in the hospital,and the perception of the level of care of the hospital leaders were related to nurse anxiety symptoms(P<0.05).Through the views of nurses,a total of five themes were refined:full of hope for defeating the epidemic,confidence in defeating the epidemic,strengthening medical staff’s anti-epidemic materials,caring for medical staff and patients,and protecting themselves.Conclusion It is found that nurses have obvious symptoms of anxiety.Hospital managers should strengthen humane care for nurses,provide sufficient supplies,ensure adequate sleep for nurses,do self-protection,and get social assistance.
