非隔离病区陪护人员精准防控闭环管理模式构建与应用

Construction and application of precision management mode for accompanying personnel in non-isolated ward during the outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019

目的构建非隔离病区陪护人员的管理模式,开展精细化管理,防止院内感染。方法基于新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控要求,结合精细化管理理论和以人为本理论,构建非隔离病区陪护人员的管理模式,并应用于临床陪护人员管理。结果构建了以"监管、支持"并重的"两大版块、八项举措"精准防控管理模式,模式实施后陪护人员入院筛查完成率为100%,一人一陪率为96.19%,信息日上报率为100%,手卫生/口罩佩戴培训率为100%,手卫生督查合格率为83.74%,口罩佩戴率为100%,口罩处理知晓率为95.59%。结论实施非隔离病区陪护人员精准防控管理模式能有效提高管理效能,促进陪护人员管理举措的有效落实,营造了良好的全员参与疫情防控氛围。

Objective To establish and application of the management model of accompanying personnel in nonisolated ward during the outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019.Methods Based on the requirements of prevention and control of coronavirus disease 2019,combining with"fine management theory"and"people-oriented theory",the management model of non-quarantined ward patient companion was constructed and applied.Results A precision management mode of"two major sections and eight measures"has been established,which paid equal attention to"supervision and support".After the implementation,the admission screening rate was 100%,96.19%for one-onone,100%for daily rate of information,100%for training rate of hand hygiene/mask wearing,83.74%for qualified rate of hand hygiene,100%for mask wearing,95.59%for awareness of mask handling.Conclusion The precision management model can effectively improve the management efficiency,promote the implementation of measures,and create a good atmosphere for all staff to participate in epidemic prevention and control.
