目的探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间普通住院病区有效预防交叉感染的管理办法。方法建立政府—医院、医院—社区、医疗—护理—后勤联动机制,封闭普通病区楼宇,患者实施一人一陪、陪护固定,强化病区内部管理,开通远程探视等方式对普通住院病区进行严控管理。结果既满足患者住院需求又有效控制人员聚集流动,达到有效预防院内交叉感染的目的。

Objective During a coronavirus disease 2019 outbreak,To explore the nursing management of The general ward. Methods Establish government-hospitals,hospital-community,medical-nursing-logistics linkage mechanism,Closed common ward buildings,patients to implement one person,one accompany,escort fixed,strengthen the internal management of the ward,open remote visit and other ways to carry out strict control and management of common inpatient ward. Results It can not only meet the needs of patients in hospital,but also effectively control the flow of personnel,so as to effectively prevent the cross infection in hospital.
