摘要
护理人力资源的科学管理、合理调配是疫情防控的重要保障。该文总结本院疫情防控期间护理人力资源应急管理策略与实践经验,重点论述以希斯4R危机管理理论为框架下的护理人力应急管理体系在疫情防控中发挥的重要作用,以提高各医院重大疫情应急管理中护理人力资源配置管理的科学性和高效性,为疫情防控工作顺利开展提供坚实保障。
Scientific management and reasonable allocation of nursing human resources are important guarantees for epidemic prevention and control. This article summarizes the emergency management strategy and practical ex-perience of nursing human resources during the epidemic prevention and control in our hospital,and focuses on the important role of nursing human emergency management system under the framework of Heath 4 R crisis manage-ment theory in the epidemic prevention and control,so as to improve the scientificity and efficiency of nursing human resources allocation management in the emergency management of major epidemics in various hospitals and provide a solid guarantee for the smooth development of epidemic prevention and control.
