疑似新型冠状病毒肺炎患者隔离病房护理管理方案的构建及应用

Construction and application of nursing management scheme for suspected COVID-19 of isolation ward

目的探讨收治疑似新型冠状病毒肺炎患者隔离病房的护理管理方案及应用。方法联合多部门进行病区建设、人力搭建、知识培训、心理疏导、监督管理,采用焦虑自评量表(Self-rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)对50名护士在刚进入隔离病区时、进入隔离病区2周后的心理状态进行调查分析。结果进入隔离病房前,护士SAS评分为(39.15±5.29)分,通过隔离病房护理管理方案的构建及应用,工作2周后,护士SAS焦虑水平降至(29.18±6.67)分,与进入隔离病房前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2020年1月—3月,我院感染科共收治疑似新冠肺炎的患者50例,确诊2例,高度疑似转院继续观察4例,在保证护理质量的同时医护患之间未发生交叉感染。结论在疫情出现的特殊时期,通过护理管理方案的构建及应用,确保疑似新冠肺炎患者的收治工作顺利进行,稳定了护士情绪,避免院内交叉感染。

Objective To explore the nursing management plan and application for the treatment of suspected new coronavirus(abbreviated as new coronary pneumonia)pneumonia isolation ward.Methods Combined with multiple departments for ward construction,manpower construction,knowledge training,psychological counseling,and supervision and management,50 self-rating anxiety scales(abbreviated as SAS)were used for 50 nurses.Investigate and analyze the psychological state after entering the ward for 2 weeks.Results Before entering the isolation ward,the nurse’s SAS score was(39.15±5.29).Through the construction and application of the nursing management plan in the isolation ward,the nurse’s SAS anxiety level decreased to(29.18±6.67)after 2 weeks of work,and before entering the isolation ward,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).From January to March 2020,a total of 50 patients with suspected new coronary pneumonia were admitted to the Department of Infectious Diseases of our hospital,2 were diagnosed,and 4 patients were highly suspected to be transferred to the hospital to continue observation.At the same time,no cross-infection occurred between doctors and patients.Conclusion In the special period of the outbreak,through the construction and application of nursing management schemes,the admission of patients with suspected new coronary pneumonia was ensured smoothly,the nurses’mood was stabilized and crossinfection in the hospital was avoided.
