新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间防控医务人员心理干预体验的质性研究

The qualitative research of the experience of medical workers under epidemic prevention and control

目的研究在新型冠状病毒肺炎防控中医务人员的心理干预体验,为今后的临床干预提供参考。方法采用现象学方法对在新型冠状病毒肺炎期间仍坚持在工作岗位的8名护士和2名医生进行深度访谈,分析资料并提炼主题。结果心理干预对医务人员的重要性可归纳为3个方面:心理干预可消除或缓解医务人员的消极状态,强化医务人员的积极心理,推动疫情防控工作。结论心理干预对新型冠状病毒肺炎防控中的医务人员具有重要意义,管理决策者应肯定医务人员在疫情防控中的重要作用,构建医务人员心理干预体系,为其提供心理及社会支持,更好地发挥医务人员在疫情防控中的重要作用,使疫情尽早得到控制。

Objective Research on the experience of the medical stuff in the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19) prevention and control,provide a reference for future clinical intervention. Methods Using the method of phenomenology in qualitative research,interview eight nurses and two doctors those who still insists on jobs in the COVID-19.Then analysis of data and refine the theme. Results The importance of psychological intervention on medical staff can be divided into three aspects:psychological intervention can eliminate or relieve the negative status of the medical staff;enhance the positive psychology of medical personnel;promote epidemic prevention and control work. Conclusion Psychological intervention in the COVID-19 prevention and control is of great significance. Therefore,the management decision makers should be sure the important value of medical staff in the COVID-19 prevention and control,build a medical staff psychological intervention system and provide psychological and social support. Better play an important role of medical staff in the COVID-19 control and prevention,make the outbreak under control as soon as possible.
