抗新型冠状病毒肺炎一线支援护士心理感受的质性研究

Qualitative research on the psychological feelings of nurses participated in the first-line support of coronavirus disease 2019

目的了解参与新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称新冠肺炎)一线支援的普通病房护士的心理感受,以便有针对性地为其提供支持,同时为后续开展防治新冠肺炎护理工作提供参考依据。方法采取目的抽样法选取12名参与新冠肺炎一线支援的普通病房护士为研究对象,运用现象学研究方法对其进行半结构式访谈,采用Colaizzi 7步分析法进行访谈资料分析。结果通过分类和提炼,得出5个主题:责任与价值;焦虑与恐惧;紧张与压力;支持与鼓励;适应与信心。结论管理者应关注一线支援的普通病房护士的心理状况和需求,在对其工作进行肯定的基础上,加强相关培训,减轻工作压力,保障身心健康,使他们能更好地应对新冠肺炎救援工作。

Objective To understand the psychological feelings of general ward nurses participated in the firstline support of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),to provide targeted support for them and to provide reference basis for the follow-up work of COVID-19. Methods The purpose sampling method was used to select 12 general ward nurses who participated in the first-line support of COVID-19 as the research object. The phenomenological research method was used to conduct a semi-structured interview. The Colaizzi 7-step analysis was used to analyze the interview data. Results Through classification and refinement,five themes were derived:responsibility and value,anxiety and fear,tension and pressure,support and encouragement,adaptation and confidence. Conclusion Managers should pay attention to the psychological conditions and needs of general ward nurses in front-line support,affirm their work,strengthen relevant training,reduce work pressure,protect physical and mental health,and enable them to better cope with COVID-19 rescue work.
