新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间护士心理弹性的混合研究

A mixed study on the nurses’ elasticity after discharge from patients with coronavirus disease 2019

目的调查护士的心理弹性及心理弹性体验。方法采用护士心理弹性量表对50名抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎的临床一线护士进行调查,并对其中的10名护士进行半结构式访谈。结果护士心理弹性量表3个维度的得分为目标实现(3.06±0.41)分,坚韧性(2.94±0.36)分,适应性(2.87±0.32)分;对访谈资料的提炼与分析显示,护士的心理弹性体验包括心理弹性认知、心理弹性调控、适应状况及自我实现。结论抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎的临床一线护士在成功救治患者出院后拥有良好的心理弹性,其中目标实现的体验最佳,适应性需得到改善。

Objective To describe the experience of nurses’ psychological flexibility with coronavirus disease2019(COVID-19). Methods A nurse mental resilience scale was used to survey 50 clinical front-line nurses fighting new-type coronavirus-infected pneumonia,and a semi-structured interview was conducted with 10 of them. Results The scores of the three dimensions of the nurse’s psychological elasticity scale were goal achievement(3.06±0.41),toughness(2.94±0.36)and adaptability(2.87±0.32). The refinement and analysis of the interview data showed that the nurse’s Psycho-elastic experience includes psycho-elastic cognition,psycho-elastic regulation,adaptation,and self-actualization. Conclusion The first-line clinical nurses fighting pneumonia caused by new coronavirus have good psychological flexibility after successfully treating patients discharged from hospital. Among them,the experience of achieving the goal is the best and the adaptability needs to be improved.
