新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间护士的焦虑水平与社会支持的调查研究

An investigation of nurses’ anxiety levels and social support during coronavirus disease 2019 epidemic

目的了解新型冠状病毒肺炎(coronavirus disease 2019,COVID-19)疫情影响下,临床护士的焦虑水平和社会支持情况。方法采用自制的一般情况调查问卷、焦虑自评量表、社会支持评定量表对95名护士进行问卷调查。结果在COVID-19疫情下,护士焦虑总分为(46.05±0.84)分,社会支持总分为(35.62±7.23)分,两者呈负相关(r=-0.293,P=0.011)。结论 COVID-19疫情期间,临床护士焦虑水平较高,社会支持水平越低,管理者应关注护士的心理状况以及社会支持情况,为其提供针对性的、合适的应对策略。

Objective To understand the anxiety level and social support of clinical nurses under the influence of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19). Methods 95 nurses were surveyed by self-made general condition questionnaire,Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS). Results Under the COVID-19 epidemic,the total SAS score was(46.05±0.84),the total SSRS score was(35.62±7.23),the two were negatively correlated(r=-0.293,P=0.011). Conclusion During the outbreak of COVID-19,the anxiety level of clinical nurses is higher and the social support level is lower,so the management should pay attention to the psychological status and social support of nurses and provide them with targeted and appropriate coping strategies.
