驰援武汉ICU护士心理健康现状及其影响因素分析

Investigations on mental health of ICU nurses supported in Wuhan

目的调查分析驰援武汉一线重症病区护理人员的心理健康状况,为制订心理干预策略提供理论依据。方法采取问卷调查法,将驰援武汉某医院组建重症监护病区的123名护理人员为调查对象,应用医护人员新型冠状病毒肺炎心态调查表和医护人员心理健康调查表进行调查。结果重症监护病区一线护士存在不同程度的抑郁、焦虑和孤独,在116例受调查护士中,抑郁评分为(5.75±6.31)分,焦虑评分为(4.60±5.84)分,孤独评分为(2.41±5.09)分;驰援武汉ICU护士的心理健康受到多种因素的影响:媒体信息、灾难风险认识、对疫情流行病学发展的估计、对控制措施的认知、调查对象目前的精神状态、自我适应能力和社会支持都对自身的心理健康具有显著性影响。结论针对一线ICU护士产生心理健康问题的相关因素进行分析,加强护理人员医院感染知识培训,建立符合疫情的弹性管理制度,多部门联合协作,提供安全有效的后勤保障,帮扶一线护士家属,能有效地缓解一线护士的焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪,使其保持积极的抗疫态度。

Objective To investigate the mental health status of nursing staff in the first-line intensive care unit during the fight aga inst the coronavirus disease 2019,and to provide theoretical basis for the formulation of psychological intervention strategy.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 123 nurses in intensive care units in the tumor center of Huazhong university of science and technology,who come from the second affiliated hospital of Zhejiang university school of medicine.The mental health survey of medical staff was conducted by the institute of military medical psychology of the fourth military medical university.Results The nurses in intensive care unit have different degrees of depression,anxiety and loneliness.Among the 116 subjects,the score of depression,anxiety and loneliness is(5.75±6.31),(4.60±5.84)and(2.41±5.09),respectively.The mental health of ICU nurses supporting Wuhan is affected by many factors,including media information,disaster risk awareness,estimation of epidemiological development of the epidemic,cognition of control measures,current mental state of the study subjects,self-adaptive ability and social support.Conclusion Effective prevention and control measures can effectively alleviate the anxiety,depression and other adverse emotions of frontline nurses,make them maintain a positive anti-epidemic attitude.
