宜昌市新型冠状病毒肺炎定点救治医院护士压力源及焦虑水平的调查研究

Investigation on the pressure source and anxiety level of nurses in designated hospitals with coronavirus disease 2019 in Yichang

目的了解宜昌市新型冠状病毒肺炎定点救治医院护士的焦虑和压力源现状。方法采取方便抽样,选取湖北省宜昌市某新型冠状病毒肺炎定点救治医院的773名护士为研究对象,采用一般资料问卷、心理健康访谈问卷、Zung焦虑自评量表进行问卷调查。结果护士的焦虑得分为(46.21±10.34)分,心理健康访谈问卷得分为(23.74±4.45)分。护士的焦虑水平受其年龄、性别、职称、工作时间、夜班数量影响。结论新型冠状病毒肺炎定点救治医院护士存在一定程度的焦虑,部分护士心理压力大,应关注其心理健康水平,并针对可控因素制订干预措施,以预防和减轻护士因突发公共卫生事件造成的心理社会影响。

Objective To understand the anxiety status of nurses in hospitals in the worst-hit regions of novel coronavirus infection and explore the influencing factors.Methods With convenient sampling,773 nurses from a designated treatment hospital in the worst-hit region of novel coronavirus infection in Yichang,Hubei province were selected as the subjects for general information questionnaire,mental health interview questionnaire and Zung anxiety self-rating scale survey.Results The anxiety score of the nurses was(46.21±10.34).The score of nurses’mental health interview questionnaire was(23.74±4.45).Conclusion There is a degree of anxiety among nurses from designated hospitals in worst-hit regions of novel coronavirus infection,some nurses are under great psychological pressure,so attention should be paid to the mental health level of nurses in hospitals designated for treatment in the worst-hit areas of novel coronavirus infection,and intervention measures that accord controllable factors are to be taken to prevent and mitigate the psychosocial impact caused by public health emergencies.
