新型冠状病毒肺炎疫期某心血管病医院护士焦虑和抑郁的调查研究

Investigation on anxiety and depression of nurses in a cardiovascular hospital during the coronavirus disease 2019 epidemic

目的了解新型冠状病毒肺炎疫期某心血管病医院全体护士焦虑和抑郁状况。方法采用焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表对某心血管病医院301名护士进行问卷调查。结果有66名(21.9%)护士存在焦虑症状,有73名(24.3%)护士存在抑郁症状,且不同科室、怀孕情况、接受过疫情知识培训护士的焦虑和抑郁差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心血管病专科医院有部分护士出现焦虑和抑郁,医院管理人员应积极干预。

Objective To understand the anxiety and depression of all nurses in TEDA International Cardiovascular Hospital during the epidemic prevention of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).Methods 301 nurses in TEDA International Cardiovascular Hospital were surveyed by Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS).Results Anxiety symptoms were observed in 66(21.9%)nurses and depression in 73(24.3%)nurses.In addition,factors such as different departments,pregnancy status and epidemic knowledge training were statistically significant for the occurrence of anxiety and depression(P<0.05).Conclusion During the period of COVID-19,some nurses in cardiovascular hospital showed anxiety and depression.Hospital administrators should take some psychological interventions to reduce the incidence of anxiety and depression.
