新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间外科护理人员急性应激反应现状

The characteristics of acute stress response of surgical nurses during the coronavirus disease 2019

目的调查新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间外科护理人员的急性应激反应特点,为制订有效的干预措施提供依据。方法采用急性应激反应量表(Acute Stress Response scale,ASRS)对甘肃省某三级甲等医院176名普通外科临床护理人员进行调查。结果新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间外科护理人员表现的应激反应主要为认知改变、情绪反应、生理反应、行为变化、精神症状和工作效率6个方面,其中最常见的应激反应表现为认知能力的改变。各症状群层面上,得分最高的是属于认知改变的记忆缺失、难以做决定等,其次是属于行为改变的强迫和个人卫生。结论在疫情期间对护理人员进行心理干预的过程中,应将急性应激反应的认知调控放在首位,采取针对性的干预措施,减少应激反应的发生,维护其心理健康。

Objective To investigate the characteristics of acute stress response of surgical nurses during the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),and to provide basis for formulating effective intervention measures.Methods276 clinical nurses of general surgery in a third-class and first-class hospital in Gansu province were investigated with acute stress response scale.Results Surgical nurses had various stress reactions,mainly manifested in six aspects:cognitive changes,emotional reactions,physiological reactions,behavioral changes,mental symptoms and work efficiency.Among them,the most common stress reaction is the change of cognitive ability.At the level of each symptom group,the highest score is memory loss due to cognitive changes and difficulty in making decisions,followed by compulsion and personal hygiene due to behavioral changes.Conclusion In the process of psychological intervention for nursing staff during the epidemic,cognitive regulation of acute stress reaction should be put in the first place,and targeted intervention measures should be taken to reduce the occurrence of stress reaction and maintain their mental health.
