护理工作登记本归类文件夹的设计及应用

The design and application of classified folder books

目的探索检查登记本归类文件夹在护理检查登记本管理中的应用效果。方法检查登记本归类文件夹应用前,随机抽查了五个班次护理人员拿取登记本所需的时间及遗漏登记次数,应用1个月后再次抽查相同护理人员单次拿取相应登记本所需的时间及遗漏登记次数,比较应用前后拿取登记本所需时间及遗漏登记次数。结果应用前护理人员单次拿取登记本时间为(6.76±1.93)s,遗漏登记次数为(0.18±0.51)次,应用后拿取登记本时间为(4.93±1.95)s,遗漏登记次数为(0.06±0.23)次,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用登记本归类文件夹分类管理护理检查登记本,能缩短护理人员单次拿取登记本的时间,减少遗漏登记,从而提高护理管理质量。

Objective To explore the application effect of classified folder books in the management of the nursing checking.Methods Randomly selected 5 shifts of nursing staffs,recorded how long it takes for accessing the registration book and the number of missing registration before and after the classified folder using.Results Before the application of classified folder books,the average time taken by the nursing staff to access the registration book was(6.76±1.93)s per book,and the number of omission registration was 0.18±0.51.While both the average time taken by the nursing staff to access the registration book(4.93±1.95)s per book and the number of missing registration 0.06±0.23 were significantly improved after the application of classified folder books(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of classified folder books can shorten the time for nursing staff to access the registration book and reduce the number of missing registration.
