中小河涌淤泥稳定化及制砖利用技术实验研究

Experimental Research on the Stabilization of Silt Caused by Medium and Small River Floods and the Utilization Technology for Brick-making

文章根据河湖淤泥建材化利用的思路,设计了使用河湖疏浚淤泥烧砖的工艺技术。具体为:对河湖疏浚淤泥进行稳定化处理,然后掺添粉煤灰、石膏、石灰、煤矸石、红色高岭土等,再使用真空挤压机将其挤压成砖坯,置于砖窑中烧制成砖。

In this paper,according to the thought of using river and lake silt as a kind of building material,the process technology of using river and lake dredging silt for brick-making was designed.Firstly,the river and lake dredging silt was stabilized;and then fly ash,gypsum,lime,coal gangue and red kaolin were added;after that,the mixture was squeezed into adobes by a vacuum extruder and fired into bricks in a brick kiln.
