超低排放下过滤材料选型探讨

摘要 袋式除尘超低排放可通过多种技术手段实现,覆膜、添加超细纤维、增大过滤面积等工艺技术都可以降低最终排放浓度。文章通过分析对比各超低排放技术方案,得出增大过滤面积是最直接有效的技术方案的结论。 Bag dust removal ultra-low emissions can be achieved by a variety of technical means.The process technologies such as membrane covering,the addition of superfine fiber,increasing the filtration area can reduce the final emission concentration.Through the analysis and comparison of various ultra-low emission technology schemes,the conclusion is that increasing the filtration area is the most direct and effective technology scheme.
