摘要
以阿司米星产生菌(Micromonospora sp.SIPI 4812 LMs,EMs,GMr,KMr)和林可霉素产生菌(Streptomyces lincolnensis var.lincolnensis 20-2 LMr,EMr,GMs,KMs)为出发菌株,进行属间原生质体融合,其融合频率为6.7×10-5。还测定了其它遗传重组频率。得到的融合子中有一些在菌落形态、抗菌活性等方面与出发亲株明显不同。
The results of intergeneric recombination through protoplast fusionbetween Streptomyces lincolnensis var.lincolnensis 20-2(LMr,EMr,GMs,KMs)and Micromonospora sp.SIPI 4812(LMs,EMs,GMr,KMr)were reported.Fusionfrequency was about 6.7×10-5.The other genetic recombination frequencies werealso determined.Some of the recombinants displayed a variety of colonial morphology andantibacterial activity.The results have been discussed.
