摘要
首次发现抗过敏药物酮替芬及其同类药物赛庚啶、苯噻啶对约氏疟原虫及伯氏疟原虫高度抗氯喹株均具有杀灭作用。酮替芬0.8mg/d×4及赛庚啶0.6 mg/d×4在抑制及治疗试验中均可使小鼠治愈,并不再复燃,但苯噻啶8mg/d×4则只能在抑制试验中使小鼠痊愈。初步讨论了它们的化学结构与抗疟效果的关系。
Nought point eight mg/d×4 of ketotifen,or 0.6 mg/d×4 ofcyproheptadin could cure the mice infected with P.yoelii or high chloroquine-resistant strain of P.berghei both in 4-day suppressive test or in treatment testfrom 72h after infection.No relapse was observed within one month aftertreatment.Eight mg/d×4 of pezotyline could cure P.yoelii-infected mice,butonly showed decrease of plasmodinm number in infection of high chloroquine-resistant strain of P.berghei.
