摘要
本文综述了新近发展起来的远位功能化技术的原理及其在甾体药物合成中的应用,包括通过9-位选择性氢化引入11-羟基以及甾醇17位边链的切除等。
The principle and application of recently developed remote func-tionalization in synthesis of steroid drugs are reviewed,including the introduc-tion of 11-hydroxy group via selective chlorination at 9-position and the cleavageof 17-side chain of sterols,etc.
