摘要
过氧化氢酶的活性国内主要采用分光光度法测定。用极谱氧电极法测定酶活性操作简便,测试快速,灵敏度高。此法测的是溶液中氧的变化,故不受被测液物理状态如澄明度、粘度、颜色等干扰,可用于临床分析。
After a definite quantity of catalase was added to this reactionsystem,molecular oxygen was instantly evolved.The enzyme activity(u/ml)wascalculated from the differences in quantity of Oevolved,as measured by theoxygen electrode.This method is suitable for clinical and technological processanalysis with the advantages of operational simplicity,high sensitivity and feasibil-ity of automatic recording.
