摘要
生物合成的胞苷二磷酸胆碱经初步纯化后,再用葡聚糖凝胶G 25过滤和717强碱性阴离子交换树脂(碳酸氢型)分离,产品纯度得到进一步提高。
The further purification of biosynthetic cytidine diphosphate cho-line,separated from the reaction mixture,was studied using Sephadex G25 andanion exchange resin 717(bicarbonate form).A product with higher purity wasprepared.
