摘要
对维脑路通的最佳生产工艺进行了研究,确定了如芦丁:氯乙醇:氢氧化钠的投料摩尔比为1:3.54、于75℃反应3h,重量收率可达65~70%。
The optimum conditions of preparing venoruton has been investig-ated.Rutin,chlorohydrin and sodium hydroxide were in the mole ratio of 1:3.5:4.The reaction was performed at 75℃ for 3 h to afford 65-70%(w/w)yield.
