摘要
本文研究固定化青霉素G酰化酶的不同制备方法,比较了各种固定化青霉素G酰化酶的载体。实验表明:聚丙烯腈纤维和无机载体制成的固定化酶具有较高的酶比活力,而且表面积大,易于装柱,抗污染能力大,又能裂解高浓度青霉素 G 溶液生成6-APA。
Different methods for preparing immobilized penicillin G acylasewere studied and the different carriers compared.The results showed that thepolyacrylonitrile fibre and inorganic carrier were the best carriers.They possessednot only the highest specific activity of immobilized enzyme but also larger poresize,better fluidity and could be re-used many times.
