以对硝基氯苯为起始原料,用硫化钠还原偶合生成4-氨基-4′-硝基二苯硫醚,随后借助于过硼酸钠将其氧化成4,4′-二硝基二苯砜,后者经还原后即得氨苯砜。过硼酸钠氧化这一步在文献中未见报道。

A facile preparation of DDS was reported.p-Nitrochlorobenzenewas treated with sodium sulfide to give 4-amino-4’-nitrodiphenylsulfide(1),which was then oxidized to 4,4’-dinitrodiphenylsulfone(2)in 81% yield,usingsodium perborate as oxidant,which has not yet been reported in the literature.2 was converted to the title compound by Fe-HCl reduction.
