摘要
用扫描电镜观察了卡那霉素(KM)和庆大霉素(GM)引起的豚鼠耳蜗螺旋器形态变化。KM 或GM 连续给药2~4周后,可见听毛散乱、融合、脱落等退行性改变。这些早期变化用一般光学显微镜不易发现。
Scanning electron microscope(SEM)is a useful tool for iden-tifying early damage of spiral organs.Degenerative changs of guinea pig spiral organs,such as scattering,fusion orloss of hairs of the hair cells,could be clearly observed after KM or GM admin-istrated i.m.for 2~4 weeks.The results showed that SEM was superior to optical microscope in exami-nation of aural toxicity.
