摘要
采用水溶性基质为赋形剂,通过体外溶出和体内溶解试验筛选,研制缓释栓剂。稳定性试验证实制剂比原料稳定,在室温中可贮藏二年。临床一次用药,抗早孕效果达到92%,取代了用药需四次的一般栓剂。
Four types of sustained release suppositories(Ⅰ~Ⅳ)were pre-pared with different water-soluble bases,and the dissolution tests were carriedout with circulating method.Their dissolving times were also determined in vivo.The type I was the one of choice according to the effect of early abortion.Thesuppositories were stable when heated at 100℃ for 64~80h and also whenstored at 37℃ and room temperature for 2 years.
