四环素生产菌与柔红霉素产生菌的原生质体融合株PF25的分类学研究

TAXONOMY OF FUSANT PF25 PRODUCED BY PROTOPLAST FUSION BETWEEN STREPTOMYCES AUREOFACIONS 10-32 AND S.COERULEORUBIDUS HB 1482

分类学上 PF 25株与淡蓝浅红链霉菌1482株相近,但无黑色素生成能力,在经试验的各种培养基上均不产生气生菌丝,又不同于细胞壁具 LL 型 DAP 的各属放线菌。建议研究重组子的分类命名法。

It was found that PF 25 was relatively closer to HB 1482.However,it was different from the parent strain by the deficiency of aerialmycelium on all of the tested media and different from 10-32 by the unca-pability of melanin formation.The classification of PF25 was discussed in severalaspects suggesting that a new consideration of classification of recombinantsshould be required.
