低浓磨浆过程等距直齿磨盘齿型参数的设计与选择方法

摘要 低浓磨浆过程是制浆造纸过程中用于纤维性能改善的重要步骤,本文介绍了一种基于单个磨齿交错区域净切向力(f_(t)^(net))的等距直齿磨盘齿型参数设计与选择方法。基于目标f_(t)^(net)值,介绍了磨盘齿型参数的设计流程以及不含挡坝和含挡坝磨盘的齿型参数、挡坝参数的设计方法。分析总结了等距直齿磨盘内外径之比、齿宽、槽宽、齿倾角、单组磨齿中心角等主要齿型参数的选择方法与设计准则。本研究有利于等距直齿磨盘的参数化及个性化设计,促进低浓磨浆过程的节能降耗。 Low consistency pulp refining is a key step for the modification of the fiber properties in pulp and paper-making industry.A design and selection method of the isometric straight-bar refiner plate was proposed based on the net tangential force per bar crossing zone(f_(t)^(net)).Taking into account the target value of f_(t)^(net),the design process of the isometric striaght-bar plate and the design method of the bar profile and dam parameters of the plates with or without dams.And the selection method of the main parameters of the refiner plate,such as the ratio of internal and external radius,bar width,groove width,bar angle,sector angle,et.al.This study facilitated the parameterisation and individual design of isometric straight-bar plates to promote energy saving and consumption reduction in low consistency refining processes.
