摘要
本文介绍了造纸机干燥部真空辅助设备——罗茨风机的结构及其工作原理,并针对生产过程中真空系统的真空度不足现象,分析其原因并采取了对罗茨风机上的过滤网进行清洗的解决方法。实践表明,清洗过滤网后,真空系统的真空度提高了160%,罗茨风机电机负载降低了69.8%,效果良好。该方法不仅提升了纸机罗茨风机设备的真空度,同时降低了电能消耗。
This paper took the logic fan of the paper machine wire part as an example to introduce the structure and working principle of the roots blower.Aiming at the phenomenon of insufficient vacuum in the vacuum system,the reason was found,and corresponding solutions were taken to clean the filter on the roots blower.The results showed that after cleaning the filter screen,the vacuum degree of the vacuum system was increased by 160%,and the load of roots blower motor was reduced by69.8%,with good effect.This method not only improved the vacuum degree of roots blower equipment of paper machine,but also reduced the power consumption.
