现代设计方法在造纸机械设计中的应用

Application of Modern Design Method in Paper Machine Design

随着我国社会经济的迅速发展和人们生活水平的提高,各行业对于纸张的需求量不断增加以及对纸张的性能及质量要求也越来越高,对纸张生产所需要的造纸设备提出了更高的精度要求,先进有效的现代设计方法在造纸机械设计中的作用也就越来越突出。本文从现代设计方法相关理论出发,分析讨论了加强造纸机械设计和改进其设计方法的必要性,并进一步分析了诸如可靠性设计、计算机辅助设计、有限元法、虚拟设计、智能设计、绿色设计等现代设计理论及方法在造纸机械设计中的应用,以期能够对我国造纸机械设计的进一步发展提供理论技术指导。

As China’s social economy develops rapidly and people’s living standards improve,the demand for paper products in various industries is increasing,and the requirements for the performance and quality of paper are higher and higher.Higher precision requirements are put forward for the papermaking machinery and equipment required for paper production,and the role of advanced and effective modern design methods in the design of papermaking machinery is becoming more and more prominent.Starting from the relevant theories of modern design methods,this paper analyzed and discussed the necessity of strengthening the design of papermaking machinery and improving its design methods,and further analyzed the application of modern design methods such as reliability design,computer-aided design,finite element method,virtual design,intelligent design and green design in papermaking machinery design,in order to provide theoretical and technical guidance for the further development of papermaking machinery design in our country.
