中国的贫困治理是一场波澜壮阔的社会实践,它的成功亟须得到经验总结和理论提炼,“贫困治理的广东探索”丛书是一次富有价值的尝试。本文从发展型国家理论的视角对该丛书进行了解读。中国的贫困治理体现了“国家引导的发展”这一发展型国家理论的基本原理,但是中国的反贫困故事让发展型国家有了“新目标”“新结构”“新工具”和“新使命”。发展型国家理论并没有消亡,其理论内涵正在发生变化,形成了“发展型国家理论的新叙事”。

China's poverty governance is a magnificent social practice,and its success urgently needs experience summary and theoretical refinement.The book series of“Guangdong Exploration of Poverty Governance”is a valuable attempt.This paper interprets the series from the perspective of developmental state theory.China's poverty governance embodies the basic principle of the developmental state theory of“State-Directed Development”,but China's anti-poverty story has provided developmental state with“new goals”“new structures”“new tools”and“new missions”.The theory of developmental state has not faded out,its theoretical connotation is changing toward“a new narrative of developmental state theory”
